To resolve an issue that is preventing billed usage data for July and August from being returned correctly, we need to reindex all current data records.
During this maintenance window, new requests to the Microsoft Reporting API endpoint cannot be processed. To minimize the impact on our partners, the maintenance has been scheduled over the weekend, from Friday evening until Saturday evening.
Service impact
- The API endpoint will be unavailable from Friday, 14 August 2026, 22:00 until Saturday, 15 August 2026, 22:00.
- Any automated processes or integrations that rely on this endpoint during this period will fail.
- Normal service is expected to resume once the maintenance has been completed.
