In order to improve the speed and capacity of our services, we will be performing maintenance on our environment the evening of 18/07/24. This maintenance is targeted at expanding the Copaco Cloud network footprint in the Copaco AMS4 site.

Due to the replacement of equipment in our ISP core, there could be short hiccups during the maintenance window due to the networking re-routing the traffic.

During this maintenance window, most services will work as expected, but performance could be reduced. Please note that most of our services are set up in a high availability configuration, limiting customer impact to small hiccups during fail-over from active to passive network links.

All service-affecting maintenance will take place at night between 22:00 and 6:00.
