This issue was caused by a general problem on the InterNetX side, which has now been resolved.

We are currently experiencing an issue when logging in to InterNetX via webservices.copaco.cloud.
Users may experience: - Slow loading of the login page - Errors when attempting to log in, including: "Login failed. Please check the data provided."
We have contacted InterNetX support, and they have confirmed this is a general issue on their side. We are monitoring the situation and will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
