All affected services, including Files Cloud, DR Cloud, and Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, are expected to be operating normally again.

Acronis has sent out the following information regarding the extended maintenance:
"Planned maintenance in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud the Germany (EU2) data center takes more time than expected and is still in progress. We will keep notifying you about maintenance progress. Apologies for any confusion.

Maintenance details: Acronis Cloud Team will update the Acronis Cyber Infrastructure cluster to the next version to improve the overall quality of the provided services, including stability and security.

Services impact: No full service interruption is expected. However, during the update, storage-related operations may experience delays or temporary failures. Backup and restore, disaster recovery, and file sync and share services may be affected. Cyber Files Cloud may experience periods of service degradation, including intermittent operation failures. Any experienced delays will resolve on their own with no action required on your part."
