In order to improve the quality and security of our platform, we'll be performing maintenance on our environment the weekend of 11/07/2025. This maintenance period is targeted on Operating System patches and Application updates. Due to the patch installation, systems might require temporary application downtime, service fail-over or system reboots.
During this maintenance window, several services might not work as expected or performance can be reduced. Please note that most of our services are setup in a high availability configuration, limiting customer impact to small hiccups during fail-over from active to passive nodes.
As of Friday 11/07 the latest VMtools 13.0.0.0 will be available on the Copaco VMware Cloud environment, we encourage to update always to the latest VMtools version as fast as possible.

Specific maintenance windows:
- Security patching
Friday\Saturday at night between 22:00 and 6:00.
- Copaco VMware Cloud patching
Saturday 12/07/2025 between 09:00 and 13:00. During this maintenance period our Copaco VMware Cloud vCloud Director management portal is not available. You are not able to make configuration changes to, for example, VMs and/or Network settings within the vCloud Director portal. The systems themselves will keep running as normal.
