On Friday 30th of September, starting end of the day at midnight we will perform scheduled maintenance that will affect VoIP services. We expect the maintenance to complete within 30 minutes.
During the mentioned time-frame we will replace our Session Border Controllers(SBCs) in the Amsterdam data-center site. This maintenance will result in a temporary loss of VoIP traffic. You will not be able to setup new phone calls while the redeployment and reconfiguration is ongoing.
We will minimize the impact on your services as much as possible and we appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please submit them to our Cloud Support team at https://supportcenter.services
