During November, all Copaco partners were transferred to the new Copaco Cloud platform. Unfortunately, we missed to disable the creation and emailing of Partner to Customer billing specifications.

If you (or your customers if that was configured by you) have received emails with these customer specifications, you may ignore them. These are not actual invoices from Copaco to you. This is billing data based on the subscription you had in the former platform. In case you made changes to the subscription in the new platform, the data will not be up to date.
