We will be installing new fixes on the vCloud Director provisioning system to resolve a few common problems with propagation of change orders on subscriptions. This will result in delays of processing new orders.
Due to the maintenance activities it will not be possible to automatically execute your orders for new, changed or canceled VMware Cloud Director subscriptions on Monday morning. The status of your subscription might also not reflect real time information or will not be able to load within our Cloud Management platform (Customer CP)
The VMware Cloud Director portal will remain available to manage your virtual data-center environment. Your virtual machines will also not be affected by these maintenance activities.
Should you need any immediate assistance with resource upgrades. Please contact our support team. Otherwise all orders placed on Monday morning will be completed automatically after maintenance completion.
