On Thursday 22nd of September between 23:00 and midnight we will be performing scheduled maintenance that will affect cloud services in our Amsterdam datacenter locations. We expect the maintenance to complete within one hour.

During this timeframe mentioned we will perform maintenance on our core network infrastructure to replace retired equipment and migrate our primary VLAN with our Public IP space to a new and improved firewall system. This might result in a temporary loss of public internet connectivity to our cloud services while the reconfiguration in ongoing and routing updates are being propagated.

We will minimize the impact on your cloud services as much as possible and we appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please submit them to our Cloud Support team at https://2tcloud.supportcenter.services
