Connect will be temporarily unavailable due to planned system maintenance. We will be upgrading our systems to increase the performance and speed of our overall service as well as to introduce new features and capabilities.

Due to the nature of the upgrade, we will need to temporarily shut down externally facing services. These services include Connect portals, API endpoints, webhooks, and email notifications.

Affected order flows for the following vendors/products
- Kaspersky
- Microsoft Azure Plan (NCE)
- Azure reserved Instances
- IBM Cognos Analytics
- IBM SPSS Statistics
- IBM MaaS360 with Watson

Please pay attention to the following
Orders queue might need to be resubmitted: If you find any orders in your commerce management system with a “Failed” status following the upgrade, please resubmit the order following the standard operational procedures.
